Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers enforces a STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY policy within our organization.  If applicable, we will confirm prescriptions with your doctor and bill your insurance provider. That�s it. Your name, personal and medical information remain strictly confidential, and will not be sold to anyone.  If anyone requests information about you, you will be contacted and must sign a confidentiality agreement, releasing your personal information if you wish for them to receive it.

Shipping Information
Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers is dedicated to filling all orders, with the highest quality products, in a timely fashion.  Most orders are shipped out from our store within 24-48 hours. However, in some instances we may not have sufficient stock on hand to process your order.  We therefore ask you to please allow 2-5 business days to process your order for shipping, and then allow for the actual shipping time. 

Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers ships all of our packages through United Parcel Service (UPS).  The majority of our packages are shipped UPS ground in order to save you money on shipping and handling costs.  However, to accommodate our customer requests, Aliton's also offers the option to ship packages first class, second day and third day as well.  Please note, that if selecting these alternate shipping options, your package may be delayed for order processing times by 24-48 hours, or longer if the item is not in stock. Please be assured that if the item will be delayed longer than the 48 hours, we will email you, and you will have the option to change your shipping methods.  A word of advice, there are some instances when UPS ground will reach the destination at the same time a higher method of transportation will.  We recommend that you utilize the UPS website to determine accurate transit times to see if you would benefit from the quicker method of transportation.

PLEASE NOTE:  Aliton's can not make available the option to utilize the USPS for shipping.  The reason is that there are many products on our site that simply cannot be accommodated by the post office. However, on smaller items, we do leave it to our discretion to ship via USPS, in the interest of lowering shipping costs. If this is the case, we will email you to alert you to this alternate shipping method, and we will adjust your shipping costs to pass on the savings to you.

Due to our vast product lines, please be aware that product weights may vary.  Therefore, in fairness to all of our customers, Aliton's charges shipping and handling based on the weight of the product, and the zone we are shipping to (based on an average of UPS zoning rates).  When placing your order through our site, the shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to the order total for you to view, prior to placing your order.

Can I Return A Product If I Am Not Satisfied?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers, simply call our homecare department at 1-800-ALITONS, 1-800-254-8667, and request a return authorization for the products you are returning. You will be asked the reason, and Aliton's will gladly issue a refund based on the following limitations:

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days, in original packing and in resalable condition; accompanied by your packing slip and the enclosed return authorization request form for appropriate credits.

• Aliton's reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee which may be applied to merchandise that is returned to our store in certain instances, e.g., with special order items, items that are discontinued.  If you are uncertain about this fee, please call our store at 1-800-254-8667, and ask to speak with someone about internet sales.  They will be able to assist you.

• Amounts to be credited are determined by the paid purchase price of the product less 20% restocking fee, if applicable, and shipping and handling charges.

• Merchandise must be in same packaging, and must be in new resalable condition.  We will not issue a refund if a product has been used and is being returned to our store, or is not able to be resold. 

• For sanitary reasons and New York State law, Aliton's will not refund any merchandise that can be worn next to the skin (i.e., stockings, braces, bras, incontinence panties and briefs, etc.).   When purchasing such an item, please be sure to order the correct size.  If you are unsure as to the sizing, please feel free to call us at 1-800-ALITONS, 1-800-254-8667, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, or on Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Payment Options

For Prescription Medications - Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers has established a relationship with most major health insurance plans. You will have to provide us with your insurance information, and we can bill them for the amount covered on prescription medications. Before processing your prescription order, we will submit to your insurance provider to gain approval.  You are responsible for any co-payments which will be billed to your credit card, and of course, should the insurance deny coverage, you are responsible for the full amount.  When ordering, upon your request, Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers will notify you if the cost of your prescription is not covered, is unusually high, or if you wish to charge your account for the entire purchase price.

For Home Healthcare Purchases - Aliton's Pharmacy Home Healthcare Centers conveniently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.  Should you wish to try and have something submitted to your insurance company, we will gladly assist you with all the paperwork, and the insurance company can send any reimbursements back, directly to you.
